After living on the west coast for many years. I always crave sushi. So for dinner the other night we went to bimi's Japanese restaurant and the food was great. For those who don't know Japanese food here are some of my tip's if you want to eat here for the first time. Unagi Roll - BBQ Eel, its fully cooked nothing wrong here and eel is a type of fish just shaped differently. California Roll - as authentic as i like my japanese food the combinations of cooked crab and avacado is still one of my favs. And finally Gyoza - pork dumplings, these fried tasty little pockets of pork are always tasty but it never feels like enough.
