This selction of fish and pork is served raw with vegtables and you are expected to cook it yourself. Sounds like alot of work but it actually is alot of fun if you are on a date. So for dinner the other night we went to bimi's Japanese restaurant and the food was great. For those who don't know Japanese food here are some of my tip's if you want to eat here for the first time. Unagi Roll - BBQ Eel, its fully cooked nothing wrong here and eel is a type of fish just shaped differently. California Roll - as authentic as i like my japanese food the combinations of cooked crab and avacado is still one of my favs. And finally Gyoza - pork dumplings, these fried tasty little pockets of pork are always tasty ... Well designed with soft colors and well lit. But don't be distracted the food is wonderful also and as an Indian fan our diner impressed me in so many ways. I am a vegaterian in a meat loving city so finding a good spot is hard. Indian food is fantastic and this place does a great job of broadening my vegetarian options.
