your employee(the one who cooks the chicken) were very rude and very ignorant. She was very thoughtless and did not cook the chicken properly, it was still bloody and was under cooked. I don't think that my family and i will ever eat at an other kfc again. this happened over a month ago and we have never went back.

Steak and lobster was better then the keg or Jerry's in wpg.!!!lots to eat, we go atleast once a week if not more! their creamy shrimp soup is to die for too..nothing but good food every time.One thing I would suggest would be going early like 3:30-4 if possible because there is sometimes a wait if you get there raight at dinner time (last seating is @ 7pm) place closed @ 8. I have heard that he takes summers off to be with his family.

We went on a Sunday night. The service was friendly and timely.
We had Seafood Loaf, Chicken Wings, Taco Salad, and Popcorn Shrimp. The wings and taco salad were good, but the Seafood Loaf and Popcorn shrimp were outstanding.
We'd go back again and again, but unfortunately we're from Ontario.

We hosted my father's surprise retirement party in the lounge at Bella Roma. The owner was fantastic; there was no charge for the use of the lounge, they customized a group menu for us for a very reasonable price, and they worked closely with our family to make sure that the layout was exactly what we wanted. They let us into the restaurant before it opened to decorate, and the staff were very friendly.
We have lived in Charleswood for over 30 years, and are big supporters of the local businesses. We return to Bella Roma many times during the year, and it has the best pizza in Charlesw ...

Sandy is the owner she is grumpy and takes her business seriously.when u just walk in u cant just expect to get the gates 5 star arrangement the rules are u seat urself at a clean table and i its a big order -preorder!!!!! I will say that the food is standard. There is nothing spectacular about it. However, it's the service that makes the impact. The main female server looks as though she is going to die at any given moment and the chef looks as though he died six years ago. The environment in itself is quite negative and unpleasant. There was constant bickering from one staff member to another and it took decades just to get the food delivered to our table. Then, whilst using the bathroom, the pungent smell of pot wafted from a room that seemed to be a staff area for the servers and chef. In all, very unprofess ...

#1 it is not the same recipe I can tell you that much. Going through more chefs than you can count on both hands with this new asshole running the place there is no way it would be the same.
#2 The parking lot is as empty as the personality of it's employees.
#3 These posts of great experiences are coming from the owner himself, they even sound like an "im desperate, come eat at my restaurant" cries.
#4 You try and blackmail your employees asshole and now your business is a failure. Karma is a bitch!
